What the reviews mention most

Three things come up again and again. The first is Stephen. Customers name him, describe how he explains the work, and say they will ask for him next time. The second is the result: the words that repeat are brand new, spotless and, in one case, childless. The third is convenience. Nobody drove anywhere. The detail happened at the house or the office while the customer did something else.

The hardest jobs get the longest reviews. Amy H. booked a custom job in August to remove black spray paint overspray from her whole car, and wrote that Stephen showed her a test spot before going further and that the car came out spray paint free. Paula M. booked an SUV before a lease turn in, with two small kids, and wrote that he made the car look childless.
